CONNECT is a Retail Staff Program that highlights and fosters our relationships with passionate OM SYSTEM advocates in stores across Australia and New Zealand.
CONNECT aims to create synergy and messaging around the OM SYSTEM brand and products through the voice of our retail partners. As experienced users of our system, members will provide an opportunity to connect consumers with those knowledgeable in OM SYSTEM technologies, innovations, advantages and much more. EMPLOYMENT WITHIN THE INDUSTRY FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS Working in a camera retail business for more than six months to ensure knowledge of the industry and the ability to engage customers and identify their needs. |

What is the CONNECT Retail Staff Program?
The OM SYSTEM CONNECT Program is a joint venture between OM Digital Solutions and selected sales staff in the Australian and New Zealand camera retail markets. It aims to create a synergy, uniform structure and messaging for OM SYSTEM to be amplified through our retail advocates' voices. The program will allow OM Digital Solutions to find members of the retail community that we endorse to our consumer base as experienced users of the OM SYSTEM platform. The program also equips and rewards members through various benefits to ensure their success, learning and recognition for their contributions and achievements.
When does CONNECT launch?
The CONNECT program will accept applications from 27 October 2023. Allowing two weeks for the initial applications and review by the CONNECT panel, the first program members will be selected, and CONNECT will officially commence.
Which OM SYSTEM product must I own or intend to purchase?
Eligible products include OM-1 Mark II, OM-1, OM-5, E-M10 Mark IV, E-M1X, E-M1 Mark III, E-M5 Mark III or M.Zuiko Lenses.
How frequent is the expert level training?
An OM SYSTEM expert will conduct monthly training across various topics, products and technologies. Dates and times will be communicated to ensure members are available to attend.
Can I sell my OM SYSTEM equipment purchased via the introductory member offer?
All purchases with the 50% off RRP introductory member offer must be held for at least 18 months unless otherwise agreed to. Serial numbers will be recorded for validation and monitoring.
What happens after I submit my application?
The CONNECT panel will assess your application, and regular contact will be made to confirm the status. If you are successfully accepted into the program, you will be guided through the next phase of finalising your introductory 50% off RRP member offer (not mandatory for applicants who currently own eligible OM SYSTEM products) and securing the date for your initial compulsory training.
