For your peace of mind and shopping confidence, please follow some simple steps below to initiate the returns process for your order.

 

How do I return an order?

  1. Contact Customer Support to determine return eligibility.
  2. Ensure your returns are adequately packaged.
  3. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  4. Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise you to return your order and place a new order. Our customer services team will be happy to help you.
  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the returns meet the requirements of explore.omsystem.com/au/en Return Policy below.
  • Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty), in the original packaging with the box's contents (such as manuals, cables, etc.). The item/s should be undamaged and unused.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and will be liable for any losses of, or damages to, the products sustained during the return shipment. All returns must be sent using a carrier and a method that tracks the shipment. Return shipments are highly recommended to be appropriately insured through the respective delivery carrier.
  • Please allow approximately seven business days to process a credit from the date we receive the return.
  • Original and return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • explore.omsystem.com/au/en reserves the right to delay, deny, or reject any return if there is evidence or suspicion of abuse or fraud or if the requirements of this Returns Policy are not met, which will be determined at explore.omsystem.com/au/en sole and absolute discretion.
  • All returns are subject to this Return Policy. explore.omsystem.com/au/en reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice to you. However, the Return Policy in place at the time of your purchase shall be the Return Policy that will govern the return of your product.

Delivery 

We use Australia Post eParcel for delivery of all items to Australian addresses.  Delivery is only to areas within Australia.

 

Delivery Times

Please allow up to 7 to 14 working days for items to be delivered. Estimated shipping time includes the time it takes to process, pack and despatch your order, as well as the time it takes to deliver the product to you after it has left our warehouse. Shipping time commences on the business day after your payment is approved and overall, it may take up to 7 to 14 days (for non-metro areas) for you to receive your order.

At times, a purchased product may not be available for immediate shipment due to high demand or temporary stock unavailability.  In such situations, we can only ship when stock becomes available. Our customer service team will contact you if stock becomes unavailable.

If you are not at your shipping address on the schedule delivery date Australia Post will leave a calling card for you, requesting that you pick up your order from your local post office.

 

Shipping Fee

When you order over $49AUD, you will receive FREE delivery on your order. Shipping fee of $10AUD will apply for orders less than $49AUD.

 

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped which you can use on the Australia Post website to check on the progress of the delivery. Australia Post’s track & trace service is located at the following web address: http://auspost.com.au.
