The M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-100mm f/4.0 IS PRO is one of the most versatile lenses I've ever used. Covering an equivalent 24-200mm range, it handles everything from landscapes and travel to portraits and wildlife without changing lenses. The image quality is impressively sharp throughout the zoom range, and the constant f/4 aperture keeps exposure consistent. Paired with my OM1/5 cameras, the Sync IS stabilization is outstanding, making handheld shooting in challenging light surprisingly easy. The weather-sealed PRO construction inspires confidence in rain, dust, and tough outdoor conditions. If you want a true do-it-all lens that delivers professional results while simplifying your kit, the 12-100mm PRO is hard to beat.

a) Arrived quickly and well packed. b) Tried it out for the first time a few days ago - superb range of zoom which makes composition of shots so much easier and interesting. c) Not nearly as heavy or bulky as we had feared - in fact it feels not much different on the camera than our 12-40 pro. d) Should be excellent for travel and exploration without need to carry other lenses.

Beautifully sharp lens. Zoom is super smooth. Autofocus is fast. This quickly became my default lens for non-birding shoots. 12-40 lens is now semi-retired.
