I have been shooting with the OM5 Mark ii for over 6 months now. I migrated to OM System after 15 years of shooting a Canon full frame camera. I would never go back. Image quality is amazing AND I no longer leave my kit at home because of weight considerations. And travelling becomes much easier as I won't kill my back caeeying a 40 pounds bag loaded with gear.

Loving the Camera and lens. This is the first good camera I ever purchased. The main selling point for me was the fact that the camera is weatherproof. Not having to worry about messing the camera up. Also, the warranty is excellent and encourages us to take the camera everywhere we go without having to worry about breaking it or messing it up. I purchased this for the wife for Christmas and she loves it.

I bought my first Olympus camera (OM-1) in 1974 and later an OM-2. When digital arrived I bought a E-m10 and later the E-M1iv because of the star light focus. This year I could not pass on the OM-5iii with its much easier to use menu and computational photo access. Its size appealed to me because of my field work; ounces count. Over the decades I've never had a problem with any of my Olympus cameras or Zuiko lenses.

I’ve used lots of cameras over the years years. Everything from high end medium format to professional dslrs. This camera is a pure joy to shoot with. Small, compact, and handles the elements to perfections. I am shooting more in the last few weeks than I have in last year. I want to go out because the om-5ii isn’t weighing me down. Would recommend all day long. For the price you are getting a camera that will grow with you and help you capture what you see. Great built in features for creativity and making the best use of your shoot.

OM-5 Mark II is a great upgrade from my EM-10 Mark III, love the fact it it weather proof and OM System has added to the grip making much more comfortable and secure to hold.

I had an Olympus E-M5 Mark III for about 7 years and decided to sell it and buy an E-M1 Mark III...followed by an Olympus PEN E-P7. Although those two cameras are great (I still have my E-M1.iii) I missed the mix of advanced features in a compact and light body, and when the OM-5.ii with the Sand Beige color was announced I knew I had to invest in it. It's been great to have so far and enjoy the more advanced features and new menu layout compared to my E-M5.iii

Nice upgrade to the OM5 and love the sand beige color. Just enough computational features to make it a worthwhile upgrade. I added a STC FOGRIP that has Arca-Swiss built into the bottom and all aluminum construction with a small fold down plate that rests against your palm for added stability. So much is in this small camera that it begs to go on a trip.

My OM-5 MarkII is my go to Camera. I keep it a spare battery and a couple of lenses in a small bag to grab and go whenever I’m out for a walk, for taking a quick trip. Can I get lots of really complementary comments about the sand beige color. The first question ask what kind of camera is it and my answer is it’s one that takes great pictures, with my help of course. It’s the camera I am heading out for street photography, heading out for a hike, when I am biking…With a short lens, I can even stash it in my vest pocket.

I purchased the OM-5 Mark II the day before i left for my trip cruise to Alaska. I watched a few tutorials on youtube and read the manual the night before and on the ship. The OM-5 is a dream to use very easy to trouble shoot light weight it really is perfect for an adventure. I carried it with me around my neck on all of my shore excursions. We went on several boat tours and even took a helicopter ride where we landed on a glacier and walked around there was several times i forgot i had the camera around my neck. It is my opinion that the OM-5 Mark II is a great camera for your adventures outside

Had the camera for 6 weeks now. After 12 years with a Canon 6D and all the heavy gear... All I can say is I am impresses with the quality of the gear, the light weight and the images I get using that camera. I know longer hesitate to take the camera with me when I leave the house fearing the weight of the bag will only slow me down.
