OM SYSTEM OM-5 REGISTRATIONS

If you purchased, preordered or reserved an OM SYSTEM OM-5 and are registering to claim your Ultimate Care Protection Plan, please check back during the last week of November to access the special link to activate your plan:





OM SYSTEM OM-1 REGISTRATIONS

If you purchased, preordered or reserved an OM SYSTEM OM-1 by March 3, 2022, and are registering to claim your extended warranty, please note the following:

  • If you received an email prior to registering your camera about the extended warranty program, please disregard and complete your registration to get a new warranty confirmation email.
  • Your camera model name should auto-complete or show you matching options in the first field of the form once you begin typing it, though we have received some reports that this function was not working for some users. If it does not work for you, please simply type "OM SYSTEM OM-1" in the model name field, as this exact product name is needed for the first page of the form to submit correctly.
  • Important: Do not include any special characters (i.e. /) in your serial number. Please exclude the / and any numbers surrounding it like the following example:
    • Correct: BACD12345
    • Incorrect: OM-1/BLK/IM027/BACD12345
  • Please complete all pages of the registration form. Page 2 of the registration must be completed in order for the warranty confirmation email to be sent.
  • If you are unable to upload your proof of purchase to complete the second page of registration, skip for now and complete the rest of your registration. You can upload your proof of purchase later via our registration portal on GetOlympus.com.
  • After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirming your extension within 1-2 hours. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
  • If you have any issues completing your registration or did not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at email@om-digitalsolutions.com.
