Mit Test & Wow kann man es testen. Und wow! Es ist viel leichter und kompakter als das bereits kompakte 12-40 F2.8. Die optische Leistung ist, wie bei seinem großen Bruder, nahezu perfekt. Empfehlenswert, wenn man unterwegs ist.

I am totally impressed with this tiny standard zoom lens. Build quality is top notch and more importantly, the optical performance is excellent. Although it does not have the brightest aperture it is still capable of some decent bokeh once you step in close. Great little travel lens!

Super sharp, well made and handles well, I love it. Got this lens as part of OM-5 kit, having previously used Panasonic GX7 with 12-32 kit lens, I can safely say the 12-45 f4 pro really is on another level for sharpness and colour / contrast but still true to the compact and light form factor that I love about micro four thirds. It's so good I hardly use my Panasonic 20mm f1.7 or Olympus 45 f1.8 anymore. Now busy saving for the 40-150 f4 pro.
