Terms of use for reviews

The following terms and conditions of OM Digital Solutions GmbH, Willy-Brandt-Straße 23, 20457 Hamburg ("OM Digital Solutions") apply to product reviews:

  1. In order to submit a product review, you must have created a customer account with us and be logged in to that account at the time of submission.
  2. Your review will be published under the nickname you have chosen. To protect your privacy, you should use a pseudonym instead of your real name.
  3. You confirm that your review relates to a product purchased from OM Digital Solutions. Offensive, false, or otherwise inappropriate content, political advertising, commercial offers, chain letters, mass mailings, and any form of "spam," as well as information identifying natural persons (e.g. employees of OM Digital Solutions or third parties), are prohibited in reviews.
  4. If you upload content (e.g. photos) together with your review ("uploads"), you warrant that you are the copyright holder of these uploads and that any identifiable persons have expressly consented to their use in connection with the product review.
  5. You grant OM Digital Solutions a free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable non-exclusive right to use the review and uploads (together, the "review content"), in whole or in part, in any media for the purpose of product information and advertising. This includes, in particular, the right to distribute the review content across media operated by OM Digital Solutions or its affiliated companies (e.g. websites, online shops, and social media channels) as well as in advertising materials (e.g. advertisements, brochures, and catalogues), and to translate your review into other languages.
  6. You agree that the review content may be used with or without your chosen nickname.
  7. OM Digital Solutions reserves the right to remove your review content permanently or temporarily at any time without stating reasons.
