I have just began to understand this lens and every aspect of my discovery is that the 90mm micro excellent. The lens is so good that the learning curve is extensive and I'm enjoying the challenges very much.

This lens rocks for macro shots, super sharp. It is hard to imagine a better macro lens out there. I also use this lens for most of my food and studio photography, again the sharpness is wonderful.

This is no doubt the best Macro lens I've ever owned. Expensive, but light weight, super sharp and so much fun.

Within the first week of owning the 90mm Macro PRO, I was blown away by what it could do, especially combined with focus stacking and my STF-8 flash. I managed to capture incredible macro shots that friends and family couldn’t believe I took. The level of detail this lens reveals feels like discovering entire new worlds. The build quality is excellent, the images are crisp, and the handling is superb. Adding the 1.4x teleconverter has also been a great experience, it still maintains sharpness and gives me even more flexibility. I haven’t used other macro setups, but paired with the OM-1, this combination feels unbeatable. It also pulls double duty beautifully: not just macro, but surprisingly nice face portraits and even a few short range telephoto shots when using the 1.4x (giving 252mm equivalent).
