1. To begin the return process, login to your explore.omsystem.com account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page. From that page, please select the order you wish to return and then follow the instructions on the return page. Once the return request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Once we have processed your return request, you will receive a 2nd email with instructions as well as the return label to complete your return shipment via drop off at a near by DHL Express service point. Kindly follow the instructions in the email to avoid any issues in the later processing of your return. Please attach the label to the outside of the package. Items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty), in the original packaging with the contents of the box, including manuals and cables. The item/s should be undamaged and unused.

For Guest Checkout Customers
1. Contact us at camera.support@om-digitalsolutions.com with the following details: Please put SHOP RETURN in the subject line and then in your email include your name, order number, contact number and details of the product you will be returning. Upon receipt of your email, we will arrange a pick up via DHL Express and will send you a returns form and label you need to have prepared for the pick up. Please attach the label to the outside of the package.
Items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty), in the original packaging with the contents of the box, including manuals and cables. The item/s should be undamaged and unused.
