International orders

Tax Exempt Orders

Please place your order on the explore.omsystem.com website. Tax will be collected and charged to your card dependent on the tax rate for the shipping address.  Email the order number, along with your tax-exempt certificate to the eshop.support.am@om-digitalsolutions.com mailbox. Upon validation of the certificate by our tax department, we will issue a credit for the taxes. The credit typically takes 10-12 business days to be issued after approval. If the certificate is not approved, we will email you back to let you know we are not able to refund the taxes.
