CLOSURE OF GETOLYMPUS REWARDS PROGRAM

The Olympus Rewards program is ending on August 31, 2020. Here's what that means.

After a period of reviewing feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, we’ve determined that the current program’s focus on earning points for purchases and activities that can only be redeemed at GetOlympus.com does not meet our goal of rewarding our loyal customers regardless of where they made their purchase. Moving forward, we plan to evaluate ways to encourage loyalty beyond the current point and purchase based program.

The official termination date for Olympus Rewards is August 31, 2020. Up to and including that date you can earn points toward purchases.

Points must be redeemed towards a purchase or used to claim a Reward Code by November 30, 2020 or they will be forfeited. Once generated, Reward Codes will be treated as gift cards and will remain valid beyond November 30, 2020. Instructions on how claim Reward Codes are detailed below.

You can earn points on purchases made at GetOlympus.com through August 31, 2020.

Please note, Reward Codes generated after April 5, 2020 can only be applied for up to 50% of the total value of your cart. Example: If you are issued a $200 Reward Code, your purchase value must be at least $400 before the Reward Code is applied. Rewards are not valid with other coupon offers and can only be used in the US and Canada. Additional details on how to redeem rewards can be found on our General Olympus Rewards FAQ page.

Login to your GetOlympus.com account and go to the MY REWARDS section of your account screen. Your point total and history will be listed. Current and previously earned points are subject to stated expiration dates independent of the closure of the program. It’s worth noting that some points you will see in your account were only provided for specific time periods or promotions (i.e. Holiday Mystery savings), yet will still show up with an expiration date since those promotional periods have passed. These should not be considered as earned points that you have lost due to expiration.

Any Reward Codes that you have already claimed using your reward points will still be valid for use at GetOlympus.com past the official closure date of the program. Currently, these are located on your Account page. Login to your account, go to the MY REWARDS section and look under the MANAGE REWARDS tab to see any unused Reward Codes. They will not appear in your cart. You will need to copy the code associated with the Reward Code you want to redeem and apply it in the DISCOUNT CODES box in your cart. After November 30, 2020, Reward Codes will no longer appear in your Account portal, though they will remain valid. We recommend copying and saving unused codes in a secure place for future use.

To use rewards not yet converted to Reward Codes: Through November 30, 2020, simply add an item to your cart and choose an available reward from the REDEEM REWARDS box.

To use Reward Codes already generated: Rewards converted to Reward Codes will not appear in the REDEEM REWARDS box. Login to your Olympus account and go to the MY REWARDS section of your account screen to get the code associated with the Reward Code, then go back to the cart and add the Reward Code in the DISCOUNT CODES box. After November 30, 2020, Reward Codes will no longer appear on your Account portal, though they will remain valid. We recommend copying and saving unused codes in a secure place for future use.
